US based Project Management firm with offices throughout the world. With over 3,000 employees in more than 50 offices in over 35 countries. Provides program management, project management, construction management, advisory services, and management consulting and risk assessment. Engineering News-Record magazine recently ranked as the 8th largest construction management firm in the World.   Seeking to employ a Contracts Administrator with heavy construction experience for one of its on-going projects in Karachi, Pakistan.   Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree- Engineering
  • Well versed in FIDIC contracts and other types of contracts
  • at least 15 years of experience
  • Worked with Project Management Companies on Mega Projects and overseen the whole Project’s phases.
  • Oversees the contractual administration of specific contracts.
  • Checks and reports on designer, contractor and associated parties’ compliance with the contract and progress of works.
  • Coordinates with site team, advises specific requirements of the contract and ascertains contractual and practical measures to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • handle and Tracks site valuation procedures. Liaises and coordinates approvals with the Contractors.
  • Handle directives and variations, assesses implications, negotiates omissions or extra costs, coordinates and reports on the contractual implications of other parties engaged with the works.
  • Handles final accounts including preparation, submission and agreement with the Client/Consultant and similarly with respective subcontractors.
  • Provides the Project Director and Contracts Manager with reviews / analyses on the contract data, etc.
