Job Description

You must have minimum 5 Years of Experience in any front line Customer Services Managerial Role (You must have managed/ Supervised a team of customer services staff) in the following industry:
Hospitality, Hotel, Airlines, Retail, Rail/Metro.
IF you have you have experience in providing training to your juniors, it will be a Big plus in your application.
Our client will consider 4 years of Management Experience also if you have done some training.

Working Schedule:

6 days a week
8 hours a day
You will also be working in different shifts as per the rotation schedule.

Total Cash Compensation:
SAR 10,500 per month plus
Ticket Allowance:
SAR 417 monthly plus

28 working days paid leave annually.
